Laura Obiora is a Family Nurse Practitioner, receiving her Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University before returning home to the Pacific Northwest and
earning her Master of Science degree at Gonzaga University.

She has been in healthcare for over 18 years, working in hospital and clinic settings. In the hospital, she cared for some of the sickest patients, which inspired her to go into family practice to do what she could to help prevent her patients from ever needing that
level of care.

She values helping her patients feel heard so their care can be based on shared decision making. In her spare time, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and their small dog, Calamity Jane. Together they enjoy exploring with walks, hikes, and trips to the coast.
